ESOL Enrolment session We will be holding an ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) enrolment session at our Strand House centre on Wednesday 13th December at 10am. To see the list of documents required to attend this session, please click here.

Christmas & New Year opening CALAT Strand House will be closed from Wednesday 24th December and will reopen on Monday 5th January and CALAT Clocktower will be closed from Tuesday 23rd December and will reopen on Friday 2nd January.

Qualifications are essential for working in Childcare, Early Years and Childminding. We have a range of courses that will help you progress, whether you are just starting out or aiming to improve your existing skills and job opportunities.

Preparing to work in Care, Childcare and Schools
Entry 3 Award to Progression in Care and Childcare
Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s setting
Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Children and Young People’s Mental Health
Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health
Level 2 Diploma for Early Years
Level 2 Certificate in Caring for Children
Level 3 Diploma for Early Years

To enrol on the Level 2, 3 Diplomas you will need to have a current work placement or employment within the sector and working in the roles that meet the qualification requirements.
