The workshops from our Family Learning team begin on Friday 4th July and run weekly (for three weeks) on Fridays from 9.30am to 11.30am. Each session lasts 2 hours.
All workshops take place at the Salvation Army hall in Thornton Heath (66 High Street, Thornton Heath, CR7 8LF)
These free workshops are designed for parents and guardians with children under five. Come along with your children and take part in fun, interactive activities that promote health and wellbeing for the whole family.
Each session focuses on a different aspect of health and wellbeing. You’ll explore:
Healthy Eating (4th July): Tips for nutritious family meals and making healthy food choices.
Gardening (11th July): Learn how growing plants can support mental and physical wellbeing.
The Joy of Reading and Playing with Your Child (18th July): Discover how shared activities strengthen bonds and support early development.
Expect engaging discussions, hands-on activities, and practical strategies to take home.
All sessions are completely free of charge!
