Join our 9-week beginners' course. Learn Gmail, online search, Zoom video conferencing, Google Docs, and basic file management for essential digital proficiency.
Essential Digital Skills courses
Entry 3 and Level 1 courses that are free for all UK residents aged 19 and over, these courses are designed to provide you with the essential digital skills you need to operate successfully in work and day to day life.
Our Essential Digital Skills courses are perfect for those with basic skills or pre-entry completion. You’ll gain expertise in digital communication, device usage, information handling, online transactions, and online safety, all ensuring a comprehensive and responsible digital skill set for personal and professional success.
Level 2 Digital Skills courses
Level 2 courses are free to eligible learners and are designed to give you a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, giving your career the digital edge.
On our Level 2 Digital Skills courses, you’ll unlock advanced Microsoft skills – document editing, Excel formulae, data visualisation and PowerPoint presentations. Plus, you’ll earn a City and Guilds Level 1 employability qualification, demonstrating your expertise and career readiness!
MS Office Short Courses
