Charlotte – Teaching Assistant Level 3
Our Adult Care courses provide essential training for those passionate about supporting others. Starting with foundational skills at Level 1, advancing to comprehensive care techniques at Level 2, and culminating in specialised leadership training at Level 3, these courses prepare you for a rewarding and impactful career in adult care.
Our Level 1 Adult Care course offers an introduction to the principles and values of adult care, including basic personal care, effective communication, and the roles in the sector. This course is perfect for those new to the sector, providing a solid foundation for further study and career progression.
Starts: Monday 6 January
Building on the basics, our Level 2 Adult Care course delves deeper into the practical and theoretical aspects of adult care. Students will develop more advanced skills in supporting adults with a range of needs, preparing them for more responsible roles within the sector. Completion of this course paves the way for further advancement to Level 3.

Designed for professionals already employed in adult care, our Level 3 course focuses on advanced skills and knowledge required for client keyworkers. Students will enhance their understanding of complex care needs and learn to manage and lead care teams effectively, positioning themselves for senior positions in the industry.

Our Early Years courses are perfect for those dedicated to nurturing young children’s development. Starting with basic child care principles at Level 1, progressing to in-depth educational techniques at Level 2, and advancing to leadership skills at Level 3, these courses equip you for a fulfilling career in early childhood education.
Our Level 1 Early Years course provides a foundational understanding of working with young children, covering key areas such as child development, health and safety, and play-based learning. Ideal for beginners, this course equips students with the essential skills to support young children in various settings.

The Level 2 Early Years course expands on Level 1 by offering more comprehensive training in early childhood education and care. Students will explore advanced techniques in supporting children’s learning and development, preparing them for more involved roles. Successful completion of this course enables progression to the Level 3 qualification and other qualified positions in the sector.

Tailored for practitioners already employed in early years settings, the Level 3 course focuses on advanced professional skills. Students will learn to plan and implement high-quality educational experiences, lead teams, and ensure the well-being of children, This course provides learners with the licence to practice and prepares them for leadership roles in early years education.

Our Teaching Assistant courses are ideal for those passionate about supporting teachers and students. Beginning with foundational skills at Level 1, moving to comprehensive classroom support techniques at Level 2, and advancing to leadership and specialised support at Level 3, these courses prepare you for a rewarding career in education.
Our Level 1 Teaching Assistant course introduces the basic concepts of supporting teaching and learning in schools. Topics include understanding the school environment, basic child development, and effective communication strategies. This course is ideal for those new to the role and serves as an entry point for further qualifications.

The Level 2 Teaching Assistant course builds on the introductory knowledge from Level 1, providing more detailed training in classroom support, special educational needs, and promoting positive behaviour. Our Level 3 Teaching Assistant course is aimed at individuals currently employed as teaching assistants. Level 1 courses run for 12 weeks / Level 2 courses run for 30 weeks (1 day in class, 1 day on site)
Level 3 courses are for those already working in their chosen sector (1 day in class)
